Essential oils for skin rejuvenation, 6 of the most effective

Essential oils are valuable food sources for the health of the facial skin. Mixtures based on them have long been successfully used in cosmetology for facial rejuvenation. The use of essential oil accelerates the processes of metabolism, regeneration and removal of toxins from the skin. It nourishes cells, improves respiration and is an indispensable natural remedy in the fight against natural skin aging. In addition, the pleasant smell of essential oils has a positive effect on the emotional health of the woman, which also affects the youth of the skin.

Almost all essential oils effectively fight skin aging. In some, these features are more pronounced:

rose

Rose essential oil perfectly tightens the skin, saturates it with oxygen and is an effective antioxidant. It activates regeneration at the cellular level, has whitening properties, thanks to which it perfectly fights against age spots and age-related hyperpigmentation. Rose intensely moisturizes dry and rough skin, provides a healthy shine, makes it firm and elastic, moisturized and nourished skin looks younger and fresher.

Carrot

Carrots have a great effect on the skin condition. 5 drops of water should be added to 100 ml of any oil (eg apricot, almond, grape seed) or a cream, mask, tonic or serum. The prepared product will restore skin tone and elasticity. Carrots actively dilate blood vessels - so the skin relaxes and becomes smooth. Vitamin A (retinol) found in this vegetable is a powerful antioxidant that slows down skin aging and the aging process. It tightens the pores, normalizes the water and oil balance, increases the skin's resistance to the effects of various environmental factors.

Incense

This essential oil is very effective against aging. It removes wrinkles well, evens skin tone, tightens and reduces sagging.

Jasmine

Jasmine essential oil whitens the skin, reduces irritation and allergic reactions in dry and sensitive skin. Jasmine gives mature skin a youthful glow, tones and tightens, tightens pores and visually reduces fine wrinkles thanks to hydration and increased skin turgor.

nerole

Neroli oil has a strong effect compared to other oils. This aromatic oil provides the rejuvenating effect of the inner glow of the skin, initiates regeneration processes and helps to get rid of wrinkles. It also contains powerful antioxidants, intensely moisturizes and nourishes the skin, restores the water-lipid balance, makes it firm and elastic, and accelerates the regeneration processes in the dermis.

rosehip

Rosehip oil contains many vitamins C, A, E, polyunsaturated and saturated fatty acids. It is one of the best options for skin rejuvenation and prevention of premature aging. Rosehip actively stimulates skin regeneration at the cellular and tissue level, restoring normal skin structure after burns, cuts and deep redness. This oil restores and strengthens the walls of capillaries, reduces the age-related manifestations of blood vessels, saturates them with active oxygen, improves the color and elasticity of the skin.
